RESCUPL ships beauty equipment worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and related information for both retail and wholesale orders.
Shipping Methods
- DHL Express — 3–5 business days (recommended)
- UPS Worldwide — 3–7 business days
- TNT Express — 5–10 business days
- FedEx International — 3–7 business days
- Sea freight — 20–40 business days (for bulk orders)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom OEM/ODM orders may require 7–15 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. For wholesale orders (5+ units), contact us for preferential shipping rates.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on select products and orders above certain thresholds. Check individual product pages for free shipping eligibility.
International Shipping

Order Tracking

Damaged in Transit
If your equipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damage. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
