Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation via email does not guarantee product availability. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Payment

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers (T/T), and PayPal
• Payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise agreed
• For wholesale orders, a deposit may be required before production begins
• All transactions are processed in USD

OEM/ODM Orders

• Custom orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as agreed upon
• A deposit of 30–50% is required before production begins
• Custom designs and branding are subject to approval by both parties
• Lead times for custom orders are estimated and may vary

Warranty

All machines come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of RESCUPL and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

RESCUPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, or failing that, through arbitration in Guangzhou, China.
